Wled & Xlights
On the wled device install 13.1 beta
Xlights
In controller tab
Add ethernet
On right choose
Vender wled
Model uno or quad
Auto size (checked)(will appear when u click auto layout)
Auto layout(checked)
Make sure ip address is correct ( same as wled app for the device wanting to control)
Change it from e1.31 to ddp
And uncheck the keep channel numbers
go to layout tab make a single string
set the number of pixels in the string setting in bottom left
click save go back to controller tab
Click the visualizer
Drag and drop things to ports
Close window hit save on controller tab and layout tab ( everything in ur layout must have a home on a port or u will have channel overlaps)(overlaps=drunk pixels)
Go back to controller tab and hit upload outputs
Done
It will configure the strings , pixel counts, segments and start channels
There are free sequences on the xlights drive
You can now download sequences and import the effects to ur lights
